‘जेलर २’ ले सात दिनमै ५४९ करोड भारु कमायो'Jailer 2' Earns Over Rs 549 Crore in Seven Days
तमिल सुपरस्टार रजनीकान्त अभिनीत ‘जेलर २’ ले बक्स अफिसमा नयाँ कीर्तिमान बनाएको दाबी गरिएको छ। निर्माण कम्पनी सन पिक्चर्सका अनुसार फिल्मले पहिलो सात दिनमा विश्वभर ५४९ करोड भारुभन्दा बढी कमाएको छ। कम्पनीले यसलाई तमिल फिल्म इतिहासकै पहिलो साताको सबैभन्दा ठूलो कमाइ भनेको छ।
बिहीबार कम्पनीले एक्स (ट्विटर) मा यो आँकडा सार्वजनिक गर्दै फिल्मलाई उद्योगकै ठूलो ब्लकबस्टर भनेको छ। असोज २९ गतेदेखि प्रदर्शनमा आएको फिल्म अहिले पहिलो भागको कमाइ उछिन्ने दौडमा छ।
सन् २०२३ मा आएको ‘जेलर’ ले भारतमा ३४८ करोड र विश्वभर ६०४ करोडको व्यापार गरेको थियो। ‘जेलर २’ ले भने पहिलो सात दिनमै भारतमा मात्रै ३२३ करोड नेट कमाइ गरिसकेको छ। यही गति रहे केही दिनमै पहिलो भागलाई उछिन्ने देखिन्छ।
नेल्सन दिलीपकुमारले निर्देशन गरेको फिल्ममा रजनीकान्तसँगै रम्या कृष्णन, एसजे सूर्या, विद्या बालन र योगी बाबुको मुख्य भूमिका छ। अतिथि भूमिकामा मोहनलाल, ज्याकी श्रफ, ऋतिक रोशन, विजय सेतुपति र मिथुन चक्रवर्ती देखिन्छन्। एक्सन दृश्य, रजनीकान्तको प्रभावशाली उपस्थिति र हास्य पक्ष दर्शकलाई मन परेको बताइएको छ।
Tamil superstar Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2' is being billed as a new box office record-setter. According to production house Sun Pictures, the film has earned more than Indian Rs 549 crore worldwide in its first seven days. The company calls it the biggest opening week in the history of Tamil cinema.
The company announced the figure in a post on X on Thursday, calling the film the industry's biggest blockbuster. Released from Ashoj 29, the film is now racing to overtake the first part's total.
The original 'Jailer', released in 2023, earned Rs 348 crore in India and Rs 604 crore worldwide. 'Jailer 2' has already made Rs 323 crore net in India alone within seven days. At this pace, it looks set to pass the first film within days.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film stars Rajinikanth with Ramya Krishnan, SJ Suryah, Vidya Balan and Yogi Babu in key roles.
Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Hrithik Roshan, Vijay Sethupathi and Mithun Chakraborty appear in guest roles. Audiences are said to have enjoyed the action scenes, Rajinikanth's commanding presence and the comedy.
